This week at a glance ...
On Sunday we will be celebrating the Fifth Sunday of Easter. We will have a 9am Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion (said service) and a 10:30am Book of Alternative Service of Holy Eucharist with hymns and music and the praise band. I will preach and celebrate at both services.
For Children's Church younger children are invited to join the procession at the back of the church before heading off to the parish hall.
The 10:30 service will be live streamed on our YouTube Channel.

Prayer and Anointing will be available during communion.
The last Soup and Bread Lunch of the season will take place after the 10:30 service. Come and enjoy some good soup, Bob's homemade bread and great fellowship.

The Women’s Bible Study group is finished for the season but will still gather at 9:30am via Zoom for tea and a social time. For more information, please contact Elizabeth Rowland at lzbthrowland@gmail.com
Prayer Meeting by Zoom at 3pm.
Thursday May 22
The Thursday Bible Study group will meet at Noon on Zoom.
Looking ahead.....
2025 is St. James' 180th anniversary. We will have two special services, the first being Sunday June 8, Pentecost, when Bishop Michael Oulton will join us. We will have a BBQ on the lawn after the service and are planning on opening the time capsule under the parish hall cornerstone. We will have other special guests.
