About The Event

The Gathering - Sun. Jan. 25 & Feb. 1 @ 5:30 PM

The Queen's Canterbury Club is hosting a two-part series on Christian Nationalism at The Gathering on Jan. 25 & Feb. 1. Come to one or the other or both!

Dr. Greg Carey (Professor of New Testament at Lancaster Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania) will kick things off this Sun. Feb. 25, by offering a biblical and theological perspective on Christian Nationalism and why it is cause for concern.

Then, on Sun. Feb. 1, Dr. Marc Froese, who teaches political science at Burman University in Lacombe, Alberta will address Christian Nationalism in a Canadian context.

All post-secondary students and young adults are invited to join us!

Territorial Acknowledgement

The St. James community acknowledges the traditional territory upon which we gather. For many thousands of years the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and Huron Wendat peoples have sought to walk gently on this land. We seek a new relationship with the Original Peoples of this land, one based in honour and deep respect.
